Once the building permit is secured, it's time for our dig!


This fun photo-op signifies the beginning of the construction process - and yes, you get to keep the golden shovel!

GROUNDBREAKING

During this early phase you'll collect inspiration images, review various plans, and decide on your architectural style preferences, layout ideas, desired features, and more!

Working closely with our contractor, architect, and interior designer guarantees that your vision will come to life.

DREAMING

Throughout the build process we will have multiple meetings on-site to fine-tune your home to your specifications.

 

You will also receive weekly progress reports until project completion.

CONSTRUCTION

We start with a homesite analysis to see where you want to build and make sure we know what site work is needed.

 

Next we find a floor plan - whether it's one you already have or one from our awarded architects. Then, we price your home on your lot. Once we have agreed upon a price we write a contract.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Here at Coastline, we are proud to be one of the few custom home builders in our area with an in-house interior designer.

Experienced in design and project management, our designer lends selections advice to ensure that we build the home of your dreams.

SELECTIONS & INTERIOR DESIGN

We make sure you're prepared with everything you need to know about your new home before move-in day.
